Although our Swimwear is designed in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, we ship directly from California. Once your payment has cleared, we will ship within 1 business day.

SHIPPING: We ship both Domestically in the USA and Internationally with USPS First Class Service. Shipping cost is paid by the purchaser. The shipping fee will be adjusted upon checkout based on the purchase and destination of your order.

FORMS OF PAYMENT: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, JCB, Discover, Paypal & Apple Pay. We use only secure forms of payment. Orders cannot be shipped Cash on Delivery [COD] or Check.


All shipments are insured for the value of the merchandise. If a shipment has been sent but is not received, the receiving party has the responsibility of contacting the shipper. A tracking number will be provided and we will do our best to assist you.

All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are shipped to our customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact customer service immediately by email at

Bromelia happily accepts exchanges & returns for store credit only, within 14 days from the date of purchase receipt. To be eligible for an exchange/return, your item must be (1) shipped before the 14-day grace period; (2) in the original, undamaged packaging; (3) not worn; (4) not altered; (5) not washed; (6) nor damaged in any way. All tags must be fully attached at the time of return.

Please notify us of your return, so we know to expect the item. The cost of shipping will be deducted from the credit if store credit is granted. If shipping an item, it is recommended that you purchase tracking and insurance to further ensure that Bromelia will receive the return. Once the return is received and inspected, we will send a notification by email that the item has been received and whether or not it has been approved for store credit. If the item is approved, we will then send an email with your store credit of equal value to the returned item minus shipping within 10 business days.

Sale items are ALL FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange. All shipping and handling charges, gift cards, store credit, discounted items, or items bought using a promotion code are also final sale and nonrefundable. We are unable to accept returns for items purchased at other retail locations or other websites.

The shipper must make all claims for packages lost or damaged in transit. Bromelia is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to forces outside of our control such as weather. Bromelia does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that a return package is lost, stolen or mishandled. We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements at Bromelia’s sole discretion.



Duty, Custom Tariffs, Taxes and Vat are set by the destination country. They are based on the purchased merchandise’s country of origin and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system. The amount of applicable duty, tariffs, taxes, and vat will vary by country. Bromelia is not responsible for lost or stolen packages if confirmed delivery by USPS Tracking.
